David Greenway
CEO, Director
Mr. Greenway, president and CEO was highly instrumental in the acquisition of the Crescent Mine in The Silver Valley in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the subsequent staged divestment of the asset to United Mine Services.
Mr. Greenway has played an integral role in multiple capital raises that have allowed the company to both advance the Crescent Mine to development status, and most recently, procure the Emerald Lake gold project from Northern Nickel and Scorpio Gold corp.
Mr. Greenway resides on the board of a variety of TSX listed issuers, has financed a diverse array of junior resource companies spanning all sectors, and has built an extensive network of international financiers as well as project Generators.
He attended University in Bournemouth England where he studied Accounting and Finance.
Brian White
Staff Geologist for the Crescent Mine
Mr. White has been involved in applied exploration and rock mechanics research in the Coeur d'Alene Mining District for 30 years. During this time he has worked for all of the major mining companies in the area and in nearly all the active mines. His personal experience and knowledge of the region is unmatched. He substantially reinterpreted the major tectonism of the Coeur d'Alene district and the Lewis and Clark line.
Lisa Hardy
Sr. Geologist, A.B., M.S.
Ms. Hardy has extensive experience in exploration, development and production phases of underground metal mines, with an emphasis on sampling procedures, metals accounting, and resource evaluation of precious metals deposits. She has worked as a production or project geologist at the Bunker Hill and Lucky Friday mines in the Coeur d'Alene mining district, and at Hecla's Golden Promise mine in Republic, WA. She also acted as Mine Geologist and Senior Geologist at Sunshine Mining and Refining. Currently, she is a director of OFM Research, Inc., a private not-for-profit corporation founded to promote the study of mineral thermo chemistry. Lisa Hardy received an A.B. in Geological Sciences from Cornell University at Ithaca, NY in 1981, and a M.S. of Geology from University of Georgia at Athens, GA in 1987.
Ms. Hardy is a Licensed Geologist and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. She is a past president (1995-1996) of the Coeur d'Alene chapter of the Society of Mining Engineers.
Craig Durick
Mine Superintendent
Mr. Durick is a third-generation miner with more than 20 years experience in a wide range of underground mining operations, including raise, production and drift mining, mine rehabilitation, and ore processing. Mr. Durick will be overseeing rehabilitation and exploration activities at the Crescent mine.
Mr. Durick has worked for a variety of major silver producers including Asarco, Coeur D'Alene mines, Sunshine Mining Co., the New Bunker Hill Mining Co., and U.S. Silver and Bunker Limited Partnership. Mr. Durick was also involved with the closure of the Crescent mine in 1990. Mr. Durick is an alumnus of North Idaho College and the University of Idaho, and Mr. Durick is certified as a maintenance electrician by the State of Idaho.
Jesse Bird
Geologist
Mr. Bird is a 2006 graduate of the University of Idaho with a B.Sc in Geology and since 2004 has been a Geological Cartographer and GIS Assistant to the Idaho Geological Survey.
Mr. Bird focused much of his undergraduate study on the Revett Formation as it runs through the Silver Belt of which the Crescent Mine is a central part.
Mr. Bird authored a report on the silver district during his studies entitled “The Noxon Arch: Thickness of the Revett Formation throughout northern Idaho and western Montana,” and co-authored “Late Cretaceous and Tertiary structure of the western Idaho and Orofino shear zones.” He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Geological Society of America.
Jonathan Ronkai
CFO
Mr. Ronkai spent several years in the assurance and advisory practice of an internationally recognized accounting firm, working across a wide range of industry areas including financial institutions, asset management, private equity and real estate. Prior to that, Mr. Ronkai spent 10 years working in the Canadian broker/dealer industry where he was responsible for assets under management in excess of $150-million. His activities included advising high-net-worth business owners on comprehensive financial planning issues, as well as providing individually tailored portfolio management services. Mr. Ronkai has extensive capital markets and financial reporting experience. Mr. Ronkai holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Guelph, and studied accounting and finance at the University of British Columbia prior to obtaining his CA designation.
