David Greenway
CEO, Director
Mr. Greenway, present and CEO was highly instrumental in the acquisition of the Crescent Mine in The Silver Valley in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the subsequent staged divestment of the asset to United Mine Services.
Mr. Greenway has played an integral role in multiple capital raises that have allowed the company to both advance the Crescent Mine to development status, and most recently, procure the Emerald Lake gold project from Northern Nickel and Scorpio Gold corp.
Mr. Greenway resides on the board of a variety of TSX listed issuers, has financed a diverse array of junior resource companies spanning all sectors, and has built an extensive network of international financiers as well as project Generators.
He attended University in Bournemouth England where he studied Accounting and Finance.
Del Steiner
Director
Mr. Steiner began his career in the junior exploration and mining sector in 1980 as an attorney and consultant. He specializes in operations, property contract and negotiation, and environmental mining law and permitting. Currently Mr. Steiner is the President, CEO and Director of Premium Exploration, a TSX-V listed company. He has a B.A. from Lewis Clark State College, Idaho 1968, and a J.D., at the University of Idaho 1974.
Ralph W. Kettell
Director
Mr. Kettell is the founder of Concentric Energy Corp., a privately held uranium company, the principal asset being the Anderson uranium property in Arizona. He is also a Founding Partner of Nevada Sunrise, LLC, a private gold exploration company that controls 20 gold, silver and copper properties, primarily in Nevada, most of which host known mineral resources. Finally, he is a Founder of AuEx, Inc., a Nevada gold and silver exploration company, and a Founder of North Range Resources Ltd., a mineral exploration company with a number of gold and base metals properties in Newfoundland. Mr. Kettell was formerly the Marketing Director of 321gold.com, a leading precious metals website. Mr. Kettell holds a BS degree and also an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, and is a registered Professional Engineer.
Stuart Ross
Director
Mr. Ross is currently CEO of Herdron Capital and President and director of J&S Ross Consulting, a private management and consulting company. Stu spent the last 20 years in finance and administration, including work with several public companies listed on the Exchange and held various positions with other publicly traded companies, including Consolidated Venturex Mining (Venturex Mining Inc.), Columbia Yukon Exploration Inc., Buffalo Head Resources Ltd., Waterfront Capital Corporation, Tagish Lake Gold Corp., Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation and International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd.
